Heavenly Ranch Salad Dressing:
This creamy ranch salad dressing never tasted so good and is completely healthy. You can make it with mayonnaise (preferably Safflower Mayonnaise) or Greek Yogurt. Delicious and easy to make!

More than just a salad dressing!
- Great for dipping vegetables.
- Use as a sauce on grilled chicken pizza.
- Spread on a whole wheat wrap or pita and add chicken and other vegetables.
- Sprinkle over white fish and bake or grill.
- Jazz up boring hamburger or turkey patties.
- Great to use for dip for your wings and drumsticks.
- Add jalapenos or other peppers to the mix to make a spicy Chipolte Ranch.
Three Amigos Mexican Blend
- Make a healthy taco salad: cook with quinoa add tomato, onion, black beans, cilantro and avocado.
- Mix with Greek yogurt for a Mexican flavored sour cream substitute.
- Veggie tacos – saute some diced veggies (like zucchini, carrots, onions, etc.) and add the taco seasoning to taste.
- Add to black or refried beans for a tasty side dish or dip.
- Sweet potato fries – check out this recipe – it’s super delicious. (in drafts. needs image) Most people go sweet with their toppings/seasonings for sweet potatoes – but adding Three Amigos Mexican Blend seasoning is fantastic.
- Mix with MCT oil for a tasty marinade for shrimp and saute for shrimp tacos.
- Switch up your chicken and sprinkle it over a boneless, skinless chicken breast before cooking or grilling.
- Cook chicken breasts in a slow cooker (crock pot) with some salsa and seasoning and let them simmer all day until they fall apart. Eat as is or shred and use them in tacos, burritos, etc.

In the past we have only recommended Braggs salad dressings but it contains sweeteners so you it’s not meant for every day consumption. Not to mention it can be rather expensive to buy! We ran the numbers. You will save by making the healthiest choice! And what a great way to get in MCT oil and Apple Cider Vinegar!

You can use them all on P2. There are no sugars or hidden sugars in them.
how can you make the heavenly ranch dressing P2 friendly
I’ve not done it, but you can try to blend up a bit of cottage cheese until it’s somewhat smooth and add your milk and the ranch seasoning. Then maybe add some MCT oil which will make it less thick. Let me know if you try it and how it works.
