Apple Cider Vinegar Detox Drink
- 8-10 oz. water
- 2 tsp. Raw, unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1-2 tsp. freshly-squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. ground Ceylon cinnamon
- 8-10 drops of liquid stevia, to taste
Serve hot or cold.
Variations: Ceylon cinnamon is one of the best spices for balancing blood sugar and is highly recommended but you can also use cloves, nutmeg, allspice, pumpkin pie or apple pie seasonings.
Cayenne pepper has been shown to drop blood pressure and increase metabolism but be careful not to do too much, especially if you have gastrointestinal issues.
