This recipe has become a family favorite! We enjoy the patties but this recipe is also great in your favorite egg scramble or casserole recipes. These yummy sausage patties also freeze well for a quick breakfast on those busy mornings!

DIY Breakfast Sausage

1 lb. ground meat (chicken, turkey, beef or buffalo)
1 tsp. Himalayan Pink Salt
½ tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. rubbed sage
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. fresh grated nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Pinch red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp. LCM Signature Blend
Optional: 1 tsp. rosemary, and a pinch of fennel seeds, if desired

Mix all together and form patties. Heat frypan on medium heat with a little MCT, coconut or avocado oil. Place patties in the pan and cook for about 7-10 minutes. Flip half way through cooking time to brown sausage on both sides.
