This chicken in Alfredo sauce is rich, creamy, and delicious. Absolute comfort food!
It’s super simple to make. I make my Alfredo sauce ahead of time and enjoy it throughout the week.
- 2-3 chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- Homemade Dairy-Free Cauliflower Alfredo Sauce
- Fresh parsley or other herbs
In a skillet, add one tablespoon oil cook chicken on both sides until lightly golden. Add Alfredo sauce and cook on low for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve with a side vegetable, salad and/or over your favorite pasta or mashed potatoes.
