This could become your new favorite shake! It is sugar-free and loaded with vitamins and healthy fats! (importance of fat) Have it as a meal or a snack! When you use LCM protein you consume OVER 10 SERVINGS of fruits and vegetables! That makes this creamy wonder an excellent meal replacement shake!

Healthy Chocolate Shake

2 C. unsweetened almond milk (or other milk alternative)
1 ripe avocado (if you are not an avocado lover, no worries because you can’t taste it!)
1 Tbsp. carob or cacao powder
1 scoop LCM Chocolate Protein
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. organic vanilla extract
1 tsp. ground chia seeds
Chocolate stevia to taste

Throw all the ingredients into a blender, and blend until completely smooth and creamy. For an ice cold shake, add some crushed ice.
