I made this guacamole for Thanksgiving one year and I had a lot of compliments on it. I make it all the time – I love to dip vegetables or organic corn chips in it, add it to my salads, put it on wraps, omelets, burgers, and, of course, I have it with all Mexican dishes. I believe we should eat guacamole on a regular basis; besides being delicious, it is packed with nutrition and is a very healthy fat choice!

Holy Healthy Guacamole
3 large soft avocados, cored, peeled, and smashed
2 heaping Tbsp. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 – 1 tsp. Three Amigos Blend
2 diced Roma tomatoes
Juice from half a lime
1/4 c. chopped cilantro
1/4 c. finely diced red onion
Half a jalapeño, finely diced

Mix together and serve with Healthy Corn Chips or try some of the ideas above.

I have made guacamole minus the sour cream for years.  Need to try the “Healthy corn chips’, tho !   BTW, love your web site, Carol !
