Mexican Chicken Stew
This is a super easy dish!

Mexican Chicken Stew
- 2-3 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup black beans
- 1 cup organic corn
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 can green chilies
- 1-2 cups Pico De Gallo Salsa
- 1 tsp cumin
Mix all ingredients together in a sauce pan or slow cooker until the green peppers and corn are cooked,
Depending on your diet, you can top with tortilla strips, cheese, sour cream, avocados and/or guacamole.
