Try this healthy bean dip with a spicy kick that you could easily make in the food processor in minutes!

Red kidney beans have a high fiber content, low glycemic index, and antioxidant benefits which will help control blood sugar levels and aid in weight loss. They have also been known to lower cholesterol and help reduce the risk of heart disease.

Way Better Bean Dip
1-1/2 C. red kidney beans canned, rinsed, drained
1 medium red pepper, roasted (or canned roasted red peppers)
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. Three Amigos Cumin & Chili Fiesta Seasoning
1/2 tsp. Himalayan Pink Salt
2 Tbsp. peanut butter (or cashew or almond butter)
1 medium garlic clove
2 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. lime juice – half fresh lime

In a food processor, add all the ingredients and blend until creamy and smooth. Sprinkle with cumin and/or chili pepper flakes, if desired.

Serve with vegetables, pita bread, Way Better Sprouted Gluten Free Whole Grain Corn Tortilla Chips or other whole grain tortilla chips.
