We use corn tortillas because flour tortillas tend to pack more unhealthy fat because they’re usually made with lard or shortening. There are a number of corn tortillas as well as sprouted corn varieties, on the market but you must check the ingredients and buy sure Organic Non-GMO varieties. Coconut Oil, melted
Brush tortillas with coconut oil. Cut tortillas into triangles, place on a cookie sheet, and sprinkle with sea salt. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
Note: cook completely as undercooked chips will be chewy chips.
